Terms of Delivery and Payment

1. Delivery

1.1. We aim to ship orders within 3 hours of receiving payment.

1.2. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

1.3. Any delays in delivery will be notified to the customer as soon as possible.

2. Shipping costs

2.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the products ordered.

2.2. The exact shipping costs will be mentioned during the checkout process before the payment is completed.

3. Return Policy

3.1. Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in original condition.

3.2. The cost of returning products will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. Payment

4.1. Payments can be made via [credit card, iDeal, etc.].

4.2. Payments must be completed before the order is shipped.

5. Prices

5.1. All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.

5.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of ordering.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide any evidence, such as photos of the damage.

6.2. We will decide, at our sole discretion, whether to replace the product or to provide the customer with a refund.
